2026: November

In November, the Technical University – Sofia is once again hosting a national competition, this time focused on the application of mathematical knowledge in computer science.

National Student Olympiad in Computer Mathematics “Academic Stefan Dodunekov” (CompMath-2026)

  • Host: Technical University – Sofia

  • Dates: November 6–8, 2026

Eligibility

Any student enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s program at any accredited higher education institution in the Republic of Bulgaria may participate in the National Student Olympiad in Computer Mathematics (HSOKM).

Competition Groups

Students are divided into competition groups according to the professional field of their specialty:

  • Group A: Mathematics, Informatics, and Computer Sciences

  • Group B: Natural and Technical Sciences, Security, and Defense

  • Group C: All specialties not included in Groups A and B
